Get home
in an Uber,
not a cruiser.
Better Than Bail — because everyone deserves a happy ending.
We’d rather help cover your ride home than represent you in court. If you’ve been drinking, request $10 toward an Uber ride home and make the last decision of the night a good one.

Want Better Than Bail at your counter?
Cards, table tents, and posters — free. You supply the counter space.
One of these is a much better deal.
Fifteen minutes.
Ten dollars.
Your own bed.
The night ends the way it should — with a driver who’s sober because it’s literally their job.
Months of hearings.
Thousands in costs.
A record.
We defend DUI cases every day. We’re very good at it. We’d still rather you never need us.
Because orange isn’t everyone’s color.
The fine print, in plain English.
Who’s eligible?
Maryland participants age 21 and over with a valid Maryland ZIP code. One credit per person while campaign supplies last.
How do I get the credit?
Submit the form. After eligibility is confirmed, your ride-credit instructions arrive by email or text. The credit applies inside your own Uber account — we never need your Uber login.
Is this legal advice? Are you my lawyers now?
No and no. This is a community safety campaign. Requesting or receiving a ride credit does not create an attorney-client relationship. (If you ever do need us, that part’s easy — there’s a consultation button in the menu.)
What if the credits run out?
The campaign has a cap. If it’s reached, this page will say so — and we’d still rather you take a paid Uber than drive after drinking.
Why is a law firm paying for rides?
Because we defend DUI cases every day, and the best one is the one that never happens. A safe ride costs less than a bad night — for you and for Maryland roads.
